Geert Wilder's new film is frightening

if you haven't heard by now, there's a new short film out along the lines of the one that got theo van gogh killed. it's by geert wilder, and i don't know how long the link will be up, but here's a link to the English language version of FITNA the movie.
go, watch, come back, comment.
me, i've been out and about the web reading reactions. i can't believe how many people there are out there that said this is the first time they've heard/seen these things. all i can figure is they must live in a perfect vacuum.
EDIT:

well, that didn't take too long. there are versions out there still, but a very credible threat of physical harm to the folks at liveleak has caused them to pull the video. it took less than a day. want to know why we need to be frightened of the islamists? you don't need to look any further than this post.
what really bothers me is that i know a number of muslims, and they are nothing like the hate filled murderous bastards that are fomenting all of this. i fear for my friends, because it will not take too long before those among us that want freedom and security, those diametrically opposed to the message these cretins spout (i.e. kill americans, fuck the jews, fuck free speech) take it on themselves to make their point. the point? islam in its current public state is on a collision course with history. kind of reminds me of the old joke about a syrian kid asking his dad why there were no arabs on Star Trek. a bystander answered, "because it's in the future."

UPDATE i guess it's the old trying to put a lid on a boiling pot. something is going to get by. i went looking for, and found a link to the video. it's out there in a number of places. here's one that doesn't require any fancy stuff to see in my brower (firefox). Shoutfile link to FITNA

Never heard that Star Trek one before, having difficulty keeping my sides from splitting. Good one. Serious issue though.

Old Seawolfer 60-62. Currently reading "The Looming Tower: Al-Qaeda and the Road to 9/11" by Lawrence Wright. These guys are real looney tunes. It is quite obvious that Gen. Patton's concepts of "negotiating from a position of complete defeat of the enemy is the only way to go. Here is a quote from an Egyptian, Qutb, educated in the US back in about 1948-1956. The quote is after he gets back to Egypt. "We need to initate the movement of Islamic revival in some Muslim country that will eventually lead Islam to its destiny of world domination."

This guy was the one that got the ball rolling in Egypt with the Muslim Brotherhood. It is all a lot more serious than most folks want to believe.

The outtakes in the video just barely scratch the surface & it still brings the idiot radicals to the streets. And why don't the non-radical Muslims tell this minority to sit down & shut up? Pretty obvious - they don't want to get shot. In the minds of the jihadi boys, they are the true followers of Islam. Those that are not with them are against them & not living the true religion of Islam. With that reasoning, they justify killing of the "innocenents" - because they are not defending against the Jews & Christians. Looks like the end is when the same thing happens as back in the crusades - Islamofacists are nearly destroyed & it takes centuries for the radicals to come back.

double cool. an old wolf'r! greetings, and yes i agree that there is a frightening and ever growing threat to the "civilized" world from the radicals. anyone willing to strap on an airplane and crash it into a building full of innocent people to make a statement needs to be eradicated from the face of the earth. period.
and if you haven't already, drop me an email at bothenook@yahoo.com with your name, rate when you left the boat, and dates. i'll make sure you get added to the Seawolf Sailing List.
