for space geeks and others of that ilk

if you are like me, there are few things in the world that hold the imagination like space flight. if the great cosmic joker is on my side, i'll eventually get to see the curvature of the earth from the other side of the atmosphere before i die.
here's an animation for those, like me, that would like to get the opportunity to go into space and put something together.

Wow! Thanks for sharing, Bo.

Although I support continued funding of the ISS, it raises two questions:

1) Where can we get a photo (or even an illustration) of ISS completion progress to date?

2) There are voices (usually lawyers and their blind followers) who claim every invention or innovation brought about by our space exploration would have, could have or should have come about without it.

What, in your valued opinion, is the best rebuttal to them?

Vig...i'll have to get back to you on note 2, not enough time right now.
but here's a link to NASA HQ and the ISS/Shuttle page. be careful. let someone know that you will be exploring, and to come check up on you occasionally. HUGE time sink, if you are a geek
