wow, who'da thunk it?

in spite of many questionable lifestyle and recreational choices, and despite the dire predictions of many, including my parents, i have now officially lived for one half of a century. cool

thanks guys. i got a great birthday present today. a nice couple with more money than sense offered my asking price for the rental. wooohooo. should be out of my hands completely in the next 28 days. how do you spell relief? SOLD!
